A long day: on the road by 8 am and 27.5 kms later arrived at Berducedo at 5 pm. Elevation gain of 1082 meters and half the day spent on a high ridge with a high, cold wind blowing. The toughest part was an extremely steep and rocky descent. None – the – less the sun was out and the scenery spectacular … a day of extreme highs and lows. Visited the ruins of two 15th century hospitales . Too tired to write any more. Tomorrow will be a shorter, easier day.
